Under the hood, the NISMO-tuned 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 now cranks out 460 horsepower and 700Nm of torque—35hp more than the standard model. Nissan attributes the boost to revised engine calibration and optimized valve clearance, enhancing both response and power delivery. The performance gains are tangible: 0-60mph times are expected to drop by nearly a second compared to the base Armada, while towing capacity remains rated at 8,500 pounds.

Notably, the Middle East-exclusive Patrol NISMO sibling squeezes 500hp from the same mill, a discrepancy likely rooted in regional emissions regulations. While the Armada NISMO prioritizes a balance of power and daily drivability, it features sport-tuned suspension, unique 22-inch alloys, and NISMO-specific exterior cues like a revised grille and red accenting. Inside, Recaro-inspired seats and carbon-fiber trim round out the performance makeover. Pricing details are yet to be announced, but the NISMO variant is poised to redefine expectations for luxury SUV performance when it arrives this fall.
