Organizing Committee for the 2030 French Alps Olympic and Paralympic Games Advances Preparations with Key Senior Recruitment

The Organizing Committee for the 2030 French Alps Olympic and Paralympic Games (hereafter referred to as the “Committee”) is pressing ahead with preparations, and has now launched recruitment for four key senior positions. These strategically significant roles aim to steadily build a team capable of delivering its ambitious vision.

Following recent appointments of a Communications Director, Human Resources Director, and Legal Affairs Director, the Committee is now seeking candidates for the roles of Director of Impact, Legacy & Sustainability, Director of Public Affairs, Director of Operations, and Director of Sport. As preparations for the Winter Games demand increasingly precise planning, these new hires will strengthen the Committee’s leadership team at this critical juncture.

The recently launched official recruitment platform for the 2030 French Alps Winter Games provides professionals with a direct channel to apply for these new positions. Additionally, over a dozen existing roles are available on the platform.

In a brief statement posted on social media, the Committee noted: “After appointing three new directors, we continue to refine our organizational structure to strengthen the team and prepare for the future of the 2030 French Alps Olympic and Paralympic Games.” This recruitment round targets strategically important departments, prioritizing elite professionals who can address major logistical and structural challenges over the next five years.

Candidates interested in these senior positions must submit applications via the official platform by Friday, July 11. Following this, the selection process will move to resume screening, with shortlisted candidates invited for individual interviews. According to the Committee’s requirements, given the significant responsibilities of these roles, candidates are strongly expected to have at least 15 years of experience in similar positions.

The roles will be based at the Committee’s headquarters in Décines-Charpieu, near Lyon (Rhône). The official recruitment platform, launched recently by the 2030 French Alps Winter Games, not only allows professionals to apply directly for these new senior positions but also lists over a dozen existing roles open for application.

With the precision of planning for Winter Games preparations becoming ever more critical, this recruitment drive marks a key step in solidifying the leadership team, laying a stronger foundation for the successful delivery of the 2030 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
